Mark Bellwood is a South Shore native now residing in Pembroke, Ma.. A professional organist since age 15,
Mark has been performing throughout the New England area for many years.
One of his first professional gigs was with long time friend and associate Rebecca Parris, who has had a great influence on his singing career.
In 1984 Mark created "Dog Pound Music" a BMI publishing Co. and recording services. After years of engineering, producing, and writing Mark has become a seasoned songwriter and lyricist, compiling an extensive catalog of material available in a varieties of styles.
Currently Mark is performing swing, ballad and jazz from the 1930's, 40's & 50's throughout the MetroBoston area with longtime friend and pianist Paul McWilliams.
Mark is available as a piano bar duo (voice & piano) and a full band (voice, piano, bass, & drums). Larger formats are available including sax and/or guitar.
